Do you provide refunds? Yes we do! We accept refunds for items that can be sent back with the tags and packaging, and remain unused. All refunds must initiated within 7 days of the received date as determined by the tracking details provided by the courier used for delivery.
Where are our products sourced from? Here at Find My Treasures, all our incredible luxury stock is sourced, vetted, authenticated, housed and packed from our trusted fulfilment agency whose storage warehouses are based in Italy. All our products are past season designer goods.
Are we able to price match? Yes, we are happy to consider a price match, please reach out to us via our contact us page and we will respond to your query within one business day.
Am I able to speak to someone over the phone regarding my query? Yes, of course! As we are just starting out, please use our contact us form to let us know your questions, if you prefer to chat to someone over the phone, you are welcome to let us know in the email and we will reach out to you within one business day.
How long will delivery take? As our products are shipped from Italy to Australia. We advise that all orders should be received within 5 to 7 business days across Australia.

Will I receive tracking details? Yes, we will email you your tracking information within 2 business days from the date of your order.
Are there any customs, duties or taxes charged for importing luxury goods into Australia from Europe? All costs involving importing luxury goods from Europe to Australia will be handled by us, so need need to worry, we've got it sorted! Customs and duties costs are included in the purchase price of the items.
Is Find My Treasures hiring? We would love to grow our team, however right now our Find My Treasures isn't hiring. But we will be sure to let you know when the time comes, any new positions will be listed here.
How to determine what size to buy? We recommend following a sizing conversion chart you are comfortable with and trust. All sizing options listed on our website are the sizes provided by the vendor (brands) for their specific products.
