Do you provide refunds?
Yes we do! We accept refunds for items that can be sent back with the tags and packages and remain unused. All refunds must initiated  within 7 days of the recieved date as determined by the tracking details provided by the courier.
Where are our products sourced from?
Here at Find My Treasures, all our incredible luxury stock is sourced, vetted, authticated, housed and packed from our trusted fulfilment agency whose storage warehouses are based in Italy.
Am I able to speak to someone over the phone regarding my query?
Yes, of course! As we are just starting out, please use our contact us form to let us know your questions, if you prefer to chat to someone over the phone, you are welcome to let us know in the email and we will reach out to you within one business day.
How long will delivery take?
As our products are shipped from Italy to Australia, we advise that all orders should be received with 5 to 7 business days across Australia.
