Shipping

Items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed by our customers. The package will be delivered straight from our fulfilment warehouse in Italy to Australia, and will take between 5 to 7 business days to be received.
Our products are shipped in their original packaging, which is then placed inside a standard carton provided by the shipping company we will use for your specific delivery. We do not include any logos on the packaging itself, but our company name, Find My Treasures, will be clearly displayed on the shipping label.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from our website straight to the email that you provide in the checkout page.
You will receive tracking information via email once the order has been packed and a shipping label has been created for the delivery, this may take 24 to 28 hours to come through to your inbox.
