Return/Refund Policy

We are happy to accept returns for items that can be sent back to us unused in the original packaging, with tags still attached. To initiate a refund, we request that you send us a message through our contact us page and we will respond and start the process for you within one business day.

For any other return/refund related questions we recommend reaching out via our contact us page and we will endeavour to get back to you within one business day with options. Please be mindful that returns/refunds outside of the above parameters will be assessed and determined on a case-by-case sceanario.
